Our Remote Support Service can help you get back up and running in as short a time as possible without the need for an engineers visit to your premises.
Remote support allows us to view the screen of your computer (via internet or network) directly from our offices. We are able to use your mouse and keyboard to control your PC remotely to remedy any problems you have. This means that we can work on your computer whereever you are in the world, as if we were sitting in front of it.
There is no need to pre-install software or execute complex old music procedures to get remote support simply click the link to request remote support. This will initiate the download of a small remote control program which will then request a remote support connection to our offices.
How Secure is It ?
- The remote support session is initiated by you to share your desktop: you need to voluntary click to initiate the connection.
- You can use up to 128bit encryption. The encryption level depends on the OS and installed MS Crypto api.
- The server can only connect back to pre-configurations in our offices.
- No incoming connections, no unattended service connection.
- Remote Control is automatically and systematically uninstalled when the connection is closed.
How is it charged ?
- Per incident charging - Ideal for home users and businesses who do not want to commit to voucher or contract support but still need the occasional technical support. Support is charged in units of 10 minutes at a cost of £10/Unit (Exclusive of VAT)
- Support Vouchers - Ideal for home and business users who know they will need PC support but not need the full services included with a contract support. The scheme works by the customer purchasing support tokens at a discounted rate of between 5% and 25% dependant upon the number of hours purchased
- Contract Support - Remote support is included with all support contracts taken the amount of time allocated for remote support is dependant upon the contract. Additional time spent carrying out remote support is charged at a preferrential rate against your account.
